This past thursday, the Nike Zoom Rookie LWP hit retail shelves in the "glow in the dark" colorway. If you missed this particular pair, you are probably waiting for the next release in the "binary blue" colorway in November. This weekend, however, Penny Hardaway was spotted in a P.E of this shoe. As we know for now, this pair was made for only Penny himself. These feature an all royal blue upper with a pelucid outsole similar to foamposites.
