Rumors have been stirring around the web of a possibility of the Ray Allen 13 PE hitting House of Hoops retailers some at the end of this month. Apparently, Jordan Brand has planned to release the shoes to commemorate Ray Allen breaking the 3-point record back in February. It is unknown whether the release will have his name stitched on the tongue just like his own personal pair. Rumor has it that there will be 2561 to reflect his current record of 3-point field goals.
